HE'S A DAD.

 And the very best one:) I'll admit.... I had a hard time picturing Josh as a Dad before we had Olivia. As soon as we found out, He was the one who was SOOOO excited. It took me by surprise. That second was when he became the best Father. He would read her books while she was still in my tummy:) Talk to her and couldn't wait to see her.

As soon as she came into this world, She had him wrapped around her finger:) He will do anything and everything for this little girl!

 They love to be together.... as soon as he walks in the door she is happy as can be and crawls as fast as she can to get to him!

Josh, You are the BEST Dad any little girl could ask for. Thanks for all the smiles and laughter you get from her! We both love you sooo much! Livi is dying to type something for you.... here she is!

Happy Fathers Day, Dad!

Hey Dad:)

I thought that today, because I don't get to see you, I would write you a psotl and tell you that I hope you have a WONDERFUL Fathers Day!

You are the best Dad in the whole wide world. You have taught me so many things and done so many things that I know I want to pass on to my family.
(Here are just some.)

I want to be the one who takes my kids on one on one trip to disneyland!
I want to make talking about the gospel fun, so they want to stay up talking to me about it.
I want to be the one who when they rip the antana off the car, I just smile and give them a hug.
I want them to love being in the kitchen cooking with me and be amazed when I make the bread water bubble:)
I want to greet them with a smile, hug, and a kiss EVERY time I see them.
I want to tell them they are beautiful and make them feel as special as you make me feel.
I want to stay outside on the porch with them and talk about anything and everything until the sun goes down.

You are such a great dad. You make people feel like they are so special to you. I still to this day swear I am you favorite daughter! Sometimes you tell dumb jokes and we only laugh because your laughing so hard! You always taught us everything about the gospel, but the biggest impact on me was that you lived the gospel. I always have and always will love talking to you. I love the way you always treated our mother with love and respect, and made sure we did too:) Always held her hand and showed us that you loved her. It made me feel loved to see you treat her that way.

Thanks for being the best Father to all 8 kids! And more important, thanks for being one of my best friends, someone who makes me laugh when I cry, and the Man and Father that I love:) You truly are the best Dad in the whole wide world!

TIME MOVES TO FAST.

This past couple of weeks it seems as though Olivia has completely changed. She is no longer my little baby that I brought home from the hospital. She has a personality all of her own and she loves it! I looked through the pictures I had of the day she was born while she was asleep yesterday and I can't believe she was ever that small and QUIET!!! I feel bad that I miss holding that sleeping baby ALL DAY LONG... but I am also loving this child she is growing to be:) She is getting to be so funny and more independent. She smiles at me and gives me the cheesiest grin and it melts my heart! How did time go so fast? I feel like it was just yesterday Josh and I Welcomed her into our arms and hearts. 3 more months and she will be a YEAR OLD!!!!
Olivia, I love you more than anything else in this world. Everyday I get to be home with you is the best day ever! Even though I miss my little baby...  you help remind me when you come and climb on my lap and just hug me for 30 min everyday:) It's like you know I never want you to grow up and your comforting me! You are so sweet, mom loves you :*
