NEW TWIST ON AN OLD FAVORITE

Josh LOVES puff oven pancakes! So instead of making them in a pan and taking 45 min to cook. i decided to put them in muffin tins and cook for 15 min:) I made a berry sauce to put over it with agave in it.... but decided we like the sugary syrup the best.

K Stacie.... i'm updating this just for you:)

1 Cup flour
1 Cup milk
6 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup butter melted.... mixed in with the batter
1/2 tsp salt

Mix together.... do the eggs slowly so it doesn't temper. i used 1/4 measuring cup to fill the trays up with.... preheat oven to 400 and cook for 15 min or until slightly brown:)

i did a berry sauce but i think it would be better with just the reg syrup and powder suger. Maybe some sliced berries on top.
